What are Park Model RVs?
Hekipia’s Park Model RVs (PMRVs) are essentially tiny homes – recreational vehicles that are built on a single trailer chassis with a maximum footprint of 400 square feet – for temporary and seasonal use by campgrounds and outdoor resorts.
Hekipia’s Park Model RVs include a kitchen, bathroom, seating area, bedroom(s), loft, and outdoor terrace. Other amenities include heating and air conditioning, smoke detectors, and more. Owners and operators of campgrounds and outdoor resorts can take full advantage of our factory-installed hitch and wheels to easily move our units around to your most profitable sites. And every unit offers full utility hookup to provide your guests with all of the comforts of home.
