The Columbia park model RV includes two porch structure options — the Marquise and the Pergola — giving your campground or resort the flexibility to select what best suits your site design, local code requirements, and guest experience goals.

Both porch options come standard with your Columbia park model RV — materials and building instructions for both the Marquise and Pergola are included in the purchase price, allowing you to choose and build the option that best aligns with your specific location and regulations.
Because local building codes, state or municipal regulations, and site-specific conditions (such as parking pad configuration or clearance requirements) can vary, we offer both structures, so you can select the most compliant and practical option for your installation.
With just two people and easy to follow instructions, either porch can typically be built in less than one day. The design is modular and user-friendly, making on-site assembly straightforward for maintenance staff or contracted labor.
Hekipia America delivers the Columbia park model RV directly to your site, fully built and ready for hook-up. However, porch installation is the responsibility of the campground or resort. Your team will need to assemble and install the chosen porch structure after delivery, using the provided materials and instructions.

Our Zen+ is an interior laminate with a natural-looking oak wood stain with light beige accents offers a warmer and more natural-looking environment that is easy to maintain.
The exterior cladding is a pine wood finish. It is ‘autoclave-treated’ to resist external aggressions such as insects, fungi, and moisture for long-lasting durability and reduced maintenance.
